Any return of Homestar Runner. It was a web-based cartoon that had its heyday from 2003-2007ish, and along with the Sklar Bros. and Shredd & Ragan, had a pretty significant impact on my adolescence. The creators of the series have moved on to real jobs since then, including one who has since become a writer and director for Yo Gabba Gabba. Their returns to the work that made them famous (or, at least, internet famous) are few and far between, but it makes them all that special to see them pop up on Twitter.
