Today on this Friday Bucky & Sully Show, we got into ALL UB Hoops and Football discussion and where the programs are headed this early in the BBall season and this close to playoffs and bowl-season for the football team.
The Buffalo Sabres look to keep their winning ways going taking on the Jets tonight in Winnepeg. We will preview the game and talk what they need to do to continue this success theyre enjoying so far. What do the guys see that they like? What don’t they like? What can change? What NEEDS to stay the same? Joe Yerdon of the Athletic Buffalo joined us to talk Sabres in depth!
We also check in with the Thursday Night Football game from last night in which the Seahawks and Packers played a thriller to a 27-24 victory for Seattle. What fallout will occur?
Checking in with the vacationing (bye week) Bills, we talked what this season NEEDS to turn into or continue to develop into over the next six weeks of the season.
Bucky was ready to go; and his BUCK UP was STELLAR! He did not hold anything back at all and it sure came through in the second hour of the show!
Joining Bucky and his BUCK UP was the ever-popular SALTY SULLY segment with Jerry Sullivan at the top of the third hour! He was mad…or peeved or….whatever he was…it was great!

HOUR 1: Our first hour kicked off with our recap of last nights matchup between the packers and Seahawks at Seattle. A game in which the Seahawks held on with a TD from Russel Wilson at the end that capped off their W. We also got into the bills an what to expect from them coming off of their bye week. We couldn’t help ourselves: THERMOSTATS, sponsored by Tropical Heating and Cooling, helped us close out the first hour with MUCH MORE TO DISUSS! Joe Yerdon of the Athletic Buffalo also stopped by to prep us and teach us about the Sabres !
HOUR 2: For our second hour Bucky chose his BUCK UP! Don’t worry we also got into the sabres and the success theyv enjoyed so far. We also preview their game tonight in Winnipeg vs the Jets. Can they keep their winning ways afloat? The guys break that down and discuss further. What about UB hoops and football? We also got a chance to touch on them and the current state of both programs as their seasons progress. Will we see a bowl game from the Fpptball Bulls? What about a March Madness seeding for BBall?
HOUR 3: Our final hour of this week, on this Friday, was full of everything Buffalo sports ! Sully obviously got Very SALTY in his SALTY SULLY! We went all around the league in the NFL as well to preview all of the games coming up this weekend. We also checked in with our daily poll and the results of who the best Bills WR has been this year; the results are stunning. Closing out the show and the week were our positive show SHOUTOUTS!
