Today on this packed TUESDAY Bucky & Sully Show we were and ALL around the sports landscape in our “Headlines”! Obviously we talked the outcomes of the NFC and AFC Championship games in which we saw the New England Patriots move on to their 3rd Straight Super Bowl!
We had a chance, as well to go around the NHL and the NFL regarding coaching moves, signings and drama surrounding the teams. Bucky also gave us a SportsUpdate and we dove into some of the stories and what happened overnight.
UB Womens Basketball star Cierra Dillard called us in the first hour to talk about her success thus far in her college career as well as where she sees her team headed for the season!
Jerry and Bucky broke down more of what we saw over the weekend, got into alittle discussion of what the Sabres need to focus on and how they need to improve in order to make a push this post season.
Obviously at the top of our second hour we got a very assertive Bucky featured in his daily spot BUCK UP! Then, in our third hour, to kick it off, Jerry was extra-super salty in his SALTY SULLY!
In the second hour we were joined by Jenny Vrentas of Sports Illustrated, covering all thing NFL. She helped us comprehend what we saw over the weekend, as well as lend her take on the Super Bowl matchup and what she sees for the NFL moving forward.
We also got back into the Sabres some more as they enjoy their off week/bye week and what to expect as they come back rested.
Our THERMOSTATS were peppered throughout the show and we satisfied the waiting ears with some very tantalizing stats regarding what the guys feel are OUT OF THIS (SPORTS) WORLD! Back TOMORROW at 9!
