Today on this packed Thursday Bucky & Sully Show brought you ALL around the sports landscape in our “Headlines”! Touching all around the NHL, NBA, NFL offseason and more!
We had breaking news regarding Syracuse head men’s basketball coach Jim Boeheim, in which he struck a driver turned pedestrian when he exited his car in the middle of the thru way in upstate NY.
Today we had Matt Bove, Sabres and Sports Analyst for WKBW, Channel 7 in Buffalo! He came by to discuss the Sabres woes and misery coming out of the 3 game losing streak they are currently on. He helped us flesh out some of the details regarding the skid and how they can turn it around tonight in Tampa Bay as they take on the RED HOT Lightning. Matt is always great when he joins the show as well as on channel 7 and is a must follow on twitter.
We also had a chance to talk Jen McCaffery of the Athletic Boston covering all things Boston sports, specifically Celtics and Red Sox! She had a lot of great insight on the Celtics Social media team and the impact it is having on the rest of the NBA and the influence they are having in the technology aspect of sports. She also had terrific on-location spring training details from Red Sox spring training!
What now for the Sabres (?), the NBA is back in session after the All Star break and the MLB Free Agency hot stove is getting hotter and hotter for Harper to sign, all of these topics came up throughout the show and don’t think we didn’t add a few more for your sake!
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.

Our THERMOSTATS were peppered throughout the show and we satisfied the waiting ears with some very tantalizing stats regarding what the guys feel are OUT OF THIS (SPORTS) WORLD! Back TOMORROW at 9!
