Fresh off the presses last night was the news, set to be announced officially today, that the Buffalo Sabres hired Ralph Krueger as HC! We brought in our hockey guy from Hockey Buzz Mike Augello to talk about the move and what he thinks this hire means moving forward and how it may play out.

We had Mike Vaccaro of the New York Post on to talk ALL the latest in New York sports from Yankees to Knicks in the lottery last night to the Jets and Giants as well as John Beilein getting hired to the Cavs! Mike is always great when he comes on and he has the knowledge and insight we hope you enjoy too!

Joining us early was Matt Bove of Channel 7 Sports (WKBW) to discuss the Sabres hire of Krueger at a local level. What does he think? Is it risky? Too risky? We discuss and get more breakdown of the most recent news out of the Sabres organization.
MATT:
We had Kevin Paul Dupont, longtime Boston Globe sports writer on to go over last night’s Canes/Bruins matchup in Carolina that saw the Bruins hold on to take a 3-0 series lead with a 2-1 victory. We talked Rask in goal and his prediction for the team moving forward, most likely headed to the Stanley Cup Finals.
KEVIN:
Matt Parrino of NYUpstate.com called in in the second hour to talk Buffalo Bills news, from the death of Pancho Billa and his interactions with the Super-fan to the latest out of Mini camps and how the team is looking THUS FAR, given the limited amount of sample size and…mainly any action at all! Matt has some great insight as always!

Bob Glauber of Newsday in New York checked in with us in the last hour to talk about the newest and latest in NY NFL news. We asked him his thoughts on the Jets and where he sees them placing this year among the rest of the AFC East and we even got his opinion on the Bills and how they stack up as such.
BOB:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
