Joining us bright and early was our weekly buddy John Wawrow from the AP covering the Bills nationally. He reacted to the win on Sunday and also broke down some more thoughts he had post practice yesterday, as well some player reaction he heard.
JOHN:
Mike Harrington from the Buffalo News called in to catch up with us on a number of things. He updated us on the Sabres as Prospect Challenge is underway and many of the young draftees are present and skating. We also talked some MLB playoffs as they are rapidly approaching and some Yankees in depth discussion.
MIKE:
Thad Brown joins us every so often from WROC-TV in Rochester to talk everything from the Bills to the Sabres to the NBA and PGA. Thad covers it all and we love checking in with him and have some discussion.
THAD:
Our fantasy football guru, joining us weekly is Eric Ludwig and today was no exception! He laid down the law on fantasy moves for this week as well as helped us wrap up what we saw last week in the first matchups of the season. He also previewed some potential waiver wire moves.
ERIC:
Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald gave us a ring in the final hour to talk the Red Sox miserable season and what moves he expects to be made along with his reaction to the Dombrowski news.
JASON:
We also were joined by a surprise special guest, Lee Smith, TE of the Buffalo Bills! He came by via phone to discuss week 1 outcome versus the Jets as well as preview week 2 at the Giants and talk the development of his young QB!
LEE:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
