Joining us bright and early was Matt Bove from WKBW Channel 7 Sports. He is sports director there and he dropped in via phone to talk some Bills football and Sabres hockey!

Bradley Gelber is our weekly buddy and he stops by courtesy of USA Today’s BIllsWire! Brad helped us talk some Browns/Bills game preview and give us a prediction.

We were visited on the phone, as we are every week on Thursdays by Nick Filipowski of WIVB Channel 4 sports. He chatted with us about the Sabres and some NHL headlines as well as the Bills and NFL headlines/matchups.
NICK:
Jim Whitesell is HC of the UB basketball gave us a ring in advance of their opening matchup!
JIM:
Reggie Witherspoon, HC of the Canisius Mens BBall team called us to talk his team and its season opener as well!
REGGIE:
Finally, joining us from Cleveland and the AP was Tom Withers! The longtime sports reporter for the Browns let us in on some behind the scenes goings-on around the Browns facility and gave us an accurate diagnosis of the problems plaguing the Browns this season.
TOM:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
