On the phone from the Athletic Buffalo, covering the Buffalo Sabres in all facets was Joe Yerdon! He broke down the recent losing streak plaguing the Sabres and tells us what they need to do to dig out!

We had a chance to check in with our weekly buddy Jason Keidel from WFAN.com and CBSSports.com down in NYC! He gave us his thoughts on the Giants, Jets, Knicks and Nets as well as some discussion about Yankees and Mets offseason news.

Josh Reed is one of the great Bills and Sabres guys at WIVB Channel 4 and he stopped by today after the Miami matchup in Florida for the Bills and broke down everything he saw!
JOSH:
Finally, from Cover1.net and Trainwreck Sports, Kevin Massare joined us for his weekly spot in the third hour! He talked Bills and Bulls with us as well as some more MLB offseason and free agency news.
KEVIN:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
