Tuesdays episode of the Bucky & Sully Show was filled to the brim with sound, interviews and fierce benchmark bits! We kicked off the show discussing the Bills trade poll that we tweeted out yesterday and revealed the results…and they are shocking to say the least. We also touched on the MNF game between the Giants and victorious Falcons in Atlanta, as well as the expectations for Buffalo’s own hosting of MNF next week versus the Patriots. We were joined by Sal Maiorana of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle in our weekly check in with him. He got into the Bills game from this past week in Indy as well as what to expect in this weeks matchup versus the Pats in Orchard Park. Adam Benigni of Channel 2 WGRZ Sports also called in to talk about his sparring situation with Sean McDermott following the loss on Sunday. He gave us his thoughts on the internal and real state of the Buffalo Bills organization. We obviously had our ‘ThermoSTAT’s’ and our ‘Shoutout’s’ but it is not a show without the daily ‘BUCK UP!’ and ‘Salty Sully’!
HOUR 1: We kicked off the show getting into the ramifications of the Amari Cooper trade to the Dallas Cowboys and what it means for the Bills trying to move Kelvin Benjamin, Lesean McCoy and other assets to try to build for the future. We also heard from Brian Daboll at his Monday press conference and the guys discussed that and the reporters questions. Fresh, hot ‘ThermoSTAT’s’ helped close out the first hour!
HOUR 2: Bucky came out of the gate firing heavy with his famous ‘BUCK UP!’ and if you like MLB post season baseball, you’ll love this as well! We got some input from Sal Maiorana of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle on the Bills loss from this weekend as well.
HOUR 3: We also had a chance to talk with Adam Benigni from WGRZ Sports! He had an interesting back and forth with Sean McDermott on Sunday regarding the state of the QB situation and who is to be held accountable. Great stuff from a local media guy we call a friend! We obviously did NOT forget our show ‘Shoutouts’ to close out our Tuesday show.
