Today on this packed Wednesday Bucky & Sully Show brought you ALL around the sports landscape in our “Headlines”! Touching all around the NHL, NBA, NFL offseason and more!
Today we had Canisius Head Basketball coach Reggie Witherspoon called in to talk his programs season thus far and where he feels they stand in their division/conference and among their peer teams. Reggie has joined us before and is always fantastic! He really understands the ins and outs of basketball at all levels and he helped us talk through a lot of our NCAA questions.
We also had a chance to talk Jason Mastrodonato from the Boston Herald. He joined us from Boston to talk Red Sox baseball as they head and endure spring training. Jason is a Rochester native and now good friend of the show and he is always on top of Boston MLB news and more. He dished out facts and info and stats to help us figure out the chances of the Bo Sox repeating as World Champions.
Antonio Brown is still crazy, the NBA is back in session after the All Star break and the Sabres take on the Panthers in Florida tonight…all of these topics came up throughout the show and don’t think we didn’t add a few more for your sake!
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.

What else was on our minds? We let you know as we got a ‘Sports Hit’ and some reaction from the guys on the stories. MLB was also on our minds as pitchers and catchers begin to show up starting next week!
Obviously at the top of our second hour we got a very assertive Bucky featured in his daily spot BUCK UP! Then, in our third hour, to kick it off, Jerry was extra-super salty in his SALTY SULLY!
Our THERMOSTATS were peppered throughout the show and we satisfied the waiting ears with some very tantalizing stats regarding what the guys feel are OUT OF THIS (SPORTS) WORLD! Back TOMORROW at 9!
