Today on this packed Tuesday Bucky & Sully Show brought you ALL around the sports landscape in our “Headlines”! Touching all around the NHL, NBA, NFL offseason and more!
We had a jam packed show recapping the trade deadline and getting into scouting combine stuff from the NFL! Mike Augello our weekly guest of HockeyBuzz.com joined us to help us recap it all, and grade the Sabres moves.
We were joined early by Dan Robson of the Athletic Canada who writes EVERYTHING HOCKEY! We went all over the NHL and got his take on the aftermath of the deadline yesterday in the NHL and his diagnosis of the Sabres season so far.
We also had Washington Post Sport’s Scott Allen in to discuss the departure from D.C. of soon-to-be signed Bryce Harper and the fallout that will have in the Nats organization. We also got his take on the MLB heading into the season shortly and went more in depth on some of the off-season signings.
Finally Justin Emerson called in from the Las Vegas Sun to talk ALL things Vegas sports! This included the newly minted Golden Knights who are making another run at the playoffs in only their second year in existence. We also hit on fellow native and current off-season resident as well, Bryce Harper, who recently took a meeting with the Dodgers after negotiating for quite some time with the Phillies. The Raiders stadium also came up as a topic and we got his opinion there. Basically, we got the latest scoops on all of that from Justin!
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
