Phil Housley is officially out as head coach. We got plenty of reaction.
Calling in to talk with us bright and early was Sean McIndo, author of Down Goes Brown and working with the Athletic NHL! He brokedown some of the upcoming playoff matchups coming up in the NHL and diagnosed the Sabres terrible season from afar.
Mike Augello was at ground zero when Jason Botterill spoke with the media yesterday following the relief of Phil Housleys duties and he broke down what we all heard.
With all of the Bills and NFL draft prep and news swirling around we had our weekly buddy Sal Maiorana in to talk about all of the Buffalo happenings! He’s always a great interview and we always get into some really interesting stuff…even some MLB and Yankees.
We also were joined by Dave Hyde, journalist for the South Folrida sun Sentinel covering all things NFL and Miami Dolphins. We began to preview the AFC East with him and talked some Bills, Pats, Jets and draft stuff as well!
Joining us as well was Jonah Bronstein of Jonah Bronstein Enterprises! He helped us preview tonights NCAA Final between the Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Virginia Cavaliers. And he also got us ready for some NBA playoffs and set the scene for what is to come.
Finally we had Canisius hockey head coach Trevor Large and Frozen Four bench Announcer Colby Cohen to help us prepare for the Frozen Four matchups!
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
