Today on this packed Jerry Sullivan Show we brought you ALL around the sports landscape in our “Headlines”! Touching all around the NHL, NBA, NFL offseason and more!
Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News joined us to discuss the latest in the Sabres coaching hire with Rikard Gronborg staying overseas and no immediate favorites seeming to be available…Mike brought his debate shoes and went toe to toe with Jerry. We also got into some more of the roster development and analysis as we head further into the playoffs and closer to the true off-season in which the Sabres still have much work to do.
MIKE:
Joining us early was Brad Gelber of USA Today’s BillsWire. He’s as locked in on Buffalo Bills news as anyone and he joins us every week on Friday! Brad helped us sort through some of the off field news for the Bills as well as the evolution of this roster as the off-season workouts continue and we press closer to training camp.
BRAD:
Our friend and weekly guest Larry Ott of the Buffalo News checked in to talk the latest in local and national auto-racing and filled us in on some of the latest on the sale of the Lancaster Speedway and more!
LARRY:
We had UB Bulls Hanna Hall call in just after the top of the third hour to discuss her recent published video/story of her battle with mental illness, more specifically Anorexia. Hanna is thriving at the University at Buffalo now and is headed for great things! Great to talk with her and hear her story.
HANNA:
Vahe Gregorian of the KC Star in Kansas City finally, to discuss the latest in the Tyreek Hill situation for the Chiefs. We also asked him his thoughts on the looks of the AFC and where he sees teams stacking up to both the Chiefs and on the other end, the Bills. Vahe is plugged in and always has great opinions.
VAHE:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
