Its Thursday which means Mike Augello of the Hockey Buzz was in studio talking Sabres, Bills and everything else happening in the sports world for the whole show!
From the Buffalo News, covering the Buffalo Bills beat, Jay Skurski called us early in the show to talk Broncos coming to town on Sunday. We talked the matchups as well as some of individual performances we will be observing.
JAY:
We had our weekly visit on the phone with Nick Filipowski and his son to talk all kinds of Buffalo Sports! From Sabres to Bills to Bulls, we covered it all with Nick (of WIVB Sports).
NICK:
On the line from ESPN.com covering the Bills from a national perspective, Marcel Louis-Jacques gave us a ring later in the third hour to talk the game this weekend as the Bills host Denver.
MARCEL:
Finally, Dennis Bernstein of the Fourth Period, our buddy who checks in every so often from LA, stopped by to talk NHL, the miserable slump the Sabres are in and more around the league!
DENNIS:
We also had the phone lines open and buzzing, taking calls and comments on many of these very inviting topics. All we ask is that you BRING IT!!!!!!! Our ‘Sports Update” also kept us up to date as far as locally and nationally.
